Dead Nation Launches Tomorrow, Discounted for PlayStation Plus Subscribers, New Videos

Dead Nation has been on our radar for awhile now.  From the game's announcement over a year ago, to the premiere trailer at E3, this top-down co-op zombie shooter looks fantastic.  When we heard that the expected two player local co-op was being upgraded to feature online play, we had to talk to the game's developer to find out what inspired the change.  Housemarque CEO, Ilari Kuittinen, gave Co-Optimus an interview explaining the decisions that went into adding online co-op support.  Ilari's comments got us even more excited about the coming zombie apocalypse.

The long wait is over.  Dead Nation hits the PlayStation Network tomorrow, November 30th.  It will run the average PSN subscriber $14.99.  Good news for PlayStation Plus members!  They will be getting 20% off, so they will be able to pick up the zombie-slayer for $11.99.  (That 'free' online service just cost users three extra bucks to download the game.)  We recently featured a sweet video showcasing the weapons and upgrade capabilities.  Check out two new video goodies to get yourself psyched for tomorrow.
