Bring the Pain-killer to Halloween

Painkiller Hell and Damnation coming to PC Oct 31st

Halloween is meant to be the scariest night of the year, so what better day to launch the PC version of Painkiller: Hell & Damnation?  Personally, I find that after some great Halloween parties it is November 1st that Painkillers come in handy the most, but who am I to tell Nordic Games what to do?

The PC version is ready to go this October and will contain the full blood and guts cut, as well as 2 player online co-op throughout the campaign for $20.  An increased price of $30 will net you the limited edition which has an additional art book and in game items.

Nordic are hinting that the PC 'uncut' version of the game is too much splatter for console gamers, so these gamers will instead receive a censored version on January 22nd (the scariest date in January - Christmas bills arrive).  This censored version will be available on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3; what the cuts entail is, as yet, unknown.
