Our Weekend In Gaming: The Fruits Of Our Labor

If only every weekend were a long weekend.

The Co-Opticrew has been hard at working sowing the seeds of co-op gaming for weeks on end.  We've made the populace aware of as many announcements, patches, and dev videos as humanly possible, and now we reap our just rewards.  At least, that's what caused our upcoming extended weekend in my headcanon.  It's also possible that this holiday comes pretty consistently every year and our work has extremely little impact on it.

Whatever the case, we'll spend the weekend exploring crazy Ubisoft/Nintendo mashups, golfing in the arcade style, and knowing kung fu.  Check it out!

Nick Puleo (@NickPuleo) - "Think I'm gonna fire up Pillars of Eternity."

Jason Love (@JLove55) - "Checking out the Dauntless Closed Beta (we're going to do a stream of it next Tuesday, so be sure to tune in!), diving deep into Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor - Martyr (For the Emperor!), and shooting the bad Rabbids in Mario Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Co-op Review next week, hopefully!)."

Mike Katsufrakis (@Pheriannath) - "Enjoying my vacation!"

Marc Allie (@DjinniMan) - "Starcraft Remastered and some Splatoon 2 for me!"

Locke Vincent (@LockeVincent) - "Learning the ways of the drunken master in Absolver."

Tally Callahan - "Dauntless closed beta, Overwatch, and Nier: Automata."

Sam Tyler (@thereelsamtyler) - "I am actually playing the very single player Yesterday Origins at the moment, but could play a bit of Streets of Rage 2 if asked."

Enoch Starnes (@enochstarnes) - "I'll be improving my stroke in Everybody's Golf and possibly snagging a few more Overwatch loot boxes."

Matthew Squaire (@mattaghetti) - "It's up in the air for me; Witcher, Skyrim or Minecraft, probably."

As always, we want to hear from you.  Tell us how you plan to make use of this long weekend in the comments.
