Splatoon is Nintendo's series of third-person shooters in which teams of players cooperate or compete to paint environments and each other. The latest game in the series, Splatoon 3, is due out on September 9. To celebrate the occasion, Nintendo will be releasing both a Splatoon-themed OLED Switch console and a Pro Controller for Switch. Both pieces of hardware look appropriately colorful indeed.

Toodee and Topdee is the first Steam release from 2-man indie developer Diet Zribi. A challenging and colorful platformer, the game involves switching back and forth between a flat 2D perspective and an angled 2.5 view. Each of the protagonists can only move around in one perspective or another, making the game perfect for local co-op play. It will arrive on Steam on August 4.
Knights of Unity released their cooperative renovation game, Tools Up!, earlier this week, so Locke and Jason decided to don their hard hats and tool belts, roll up their sleeves, and get to work under Mike's careful (?) supervision.
While renovating a run-down mess of a house may be therapeutic, it isn't quite what I would call a "fun and chaotic" experience.
