Never mind the fact that the act of gardening itself couldn't actually take a price cut seeing as its more of an idea than a product.  That stuff's all in the past!  No one wants to be one of those people who can't stop focusing on the past, like Ancient Greece enthusiasts, or Lakers fans.  What matters is the here, the now, the fact that you can now pick up Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare for a modest $19.99.

To grab Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, you'll need to beat the average price, which seems to hover right around the $5 mark. You'll get more than just angry bok choy for that price, of course. The bundle also comes with Dragon Age: Origins, Peggle, Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 2, and several others. Steam keys are included for a few of the games, but Garden Warfare is only playable on EA's Origin service.

And... that's it for co-op. Really, that's it for solo play, too. The full list of games on sale features some Peggle, Zuma, Bejeweled, Feeding Frenzy, and a little Plants vs Zombies classic. After the strong showing for the pre-Black Friday sale, which included Borderlands 2 and Battleblock Theater, one gets the impression Microsoft is preparing to unleash some impressive discounts right around Christmas. At least, that's what we hope.

First up is the new mode, titled as "Taco Bandits". This is an alternative to the classic Capture the Flag mode that we all know and love. Players on zombie team must battle their way into the plants defenses to reach a taco stand and return to Dr. Zomboss with his dinner. While the plants team can set up turret plants to defend the taco, the zombie team can summon other zombies to join in and overwhelm their defenses.
