Play through the full story mode as a team either locally or online. With five characters to choose from (the fifth must be unlocked by beating the game on Normal first) and numerous paths to take, co-op has lots of replay value. Just make sure to choose Easy difficulty or your team will likely run out of lives before reaching the end.
