The campaign mode is only 2 player co-op.
Terrorist Hunt and other modes are still available for 4 player co-op.
Sin City is still under a massive terrorist attack, and it's up to you to save it from certain destruction! The best fighters are back, and you must lead the elite team to victory against an overwhelming foe. Explore beautiful Vegas hotspots and watch the weather dynamically change from dusk all the way to daytime. Create your own character which stays the same in both Campaign and Multiplayer Modes, where progress you make in each mode will benefit the other. Have a friend join in Co-op Mode at any time, on the fly, without a change to the story. Engage the improved AI teammates, who are equipped with thermal-vision and night-vision goggles, along with your favorite weapons and 11 new ones!
