Number of Players: 4 players are available for co-op play in this game. This is the highest maximum number available for a specific mode. See chart for details.

Online Co-Op: Co-Op Play is available over the internet or an online service like Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network. Each player needs their own system, game, and internet connection.

Couch Co-Op: Couch or Local Co-Op allows players to use one copy of the game with multiple controllers to play co-op. This includes both split screen play and same screen play. Couches are not required.

SplitScreen: The TV is split into multiple screens so each co-op player gets their own viewpoint. The screen could be split vertically or horizontally.

LAN or Systemlink: Co-Op Play is available over a Local Network or System Link Connection. Most likely a router will be required, but you may use a crossover cable in some cases.

Drop-In/Drop-Out: Players can join or leave a cooperative game session at anytime without disrupting an existing player's game.

The Co-Op Experience: The Virus Buster mode is where you'll find 4 player co-op. Multiple pills spawn at the top of the screen, and the simple grab/rotate controls allow you to move the pills freely left, right, or down (up is still locked, since this is a gravity-based puzzler at its core) to position the pieces. Each player has their own agenda, each fighting over what piece to use where.

It's classic Dr. Mario that you can play online vs random people or friends. It's exactly what you would expect... They do have a useless mode where 3 pills drop at once and you can grab them with the wii-mote, but I just prefer the regular old NES style of gameplay. It's not even that pricey for an online game, and if you only own a Wii this is one of the few choices you have for online gaming.

BORDERLANDS! Hopefully finish my first playthrough! I'm on "The Final Piece" but I'll probably do side quests as well.
Did they make a remake on Gameboy Advance or something? I remember the name.
