Co-Opticast Episode 19: Nick Watches Desperate Housewives

In this installment of The Co-Opticast, we discuss what we've been playing (hint: Hugh Jackman is a hunk), the lack of Campaign co-op in Modern Warfare 2 (with bonus comedy), the fall of 3D Realms, which may or may not actually be a fall, what we think about the state of Rhythm Action (music) games, and what our ideal co-op titles would be. All this, with additional snark, wrapped inside a lovely 45-minute package can be yours- if the price is right!

Love it, more Co-opticastic greatness Perfect co-op game I don't know who I would choose to create this. But here I goA full open world co-op tactical game. You play as either the terrorists or counter-terror operatives.Going back to how Rainbow Six allowed you to plan ahead how you were going to plan your operation. Select an entry point, weapons loadout, research known security measures, etc.Enemies are governed by a AI director ala Left 4 Dead. This prevents tactical games from becoming the practice of memorization techniques and....tactical!That last part is my biggest gripe with any tactical game. I don't want a story of betrayal or movie-like (Rainbow Six!). I want unscripted, random game of tactics!

Just got around to listening to it on campus today.Great stuff as usual. As for me, my dream co-op game would hands down have to be a Dynasty Warriors game with online co-op. Dynasty Warriors is such a great beat-em-up that its a travesty that it is not playable online.I liked hearing what you guys had to say about Marc's article. Everyone here was pretty much of the same mind in that the DLC outweighs discs, and I agree also. And in Nick's defense, we always have cold Woodchuck on hand, seeing how its the only thing the misses will really drink, and Ive been guilty of enjoying the great taste from time to time.Edit:So do you guys put the most recent co-opticast thread into the articles and news forum until the new one, and then move it to the co-opticast section? I always go there first looking for it, and then realize its under a&n.

Yes, accuracy is very important. Normally I don't like weapons that have such low accuracy. I use only Double Anarchy when up cl
That upsets me to no end simply because I pre-ordered the game just to ensure that I got ol' Jugs. Had I known this, I would hav
