Like the passing of time, the weekly sale for Gold members of XBLA is inevitable. What is also increasingly inevitable is that some co-op games will be on offer. This week you can grab Narco Terror, Cloudberry Kingdom, Child of Light, plus more on the cheap.
Perhaps you have not heard of all of these games, but for the prices you can get them until July 7th you may want to check them out. Child of Light is a wonderful RPG-lite with platformer elements, although the co-op is a little too casual.
More traditional co-op kicks can be found with Narco Terror, a bullet storm shooter that is as insane as a bag full of angry rhinoceri. This 2 player co-op game may have its flaws, but for $2.49 is a bargain. Finally there is Cloudberry Kingdom, this 4 player local co-op title may have flown a little under the radar, but is worth a punt for $3.29.
As always these offers are only open to those with Gold accounts and have more than just co-operative games on offer. Various bits and bobs of Assassin's Creed 4 are also on offer, but you will have to own the 4 player co-op title already to use them.
