Some disappointing news today out of the camp creating Bodycount, the spiritual successor to the first person shooter Black. According to the game's official Twitter account, Bodycount won't be offering offline or splitscreen play in its co-op campaign.
No split-screen, but there will be online co-op options. We've got more details about that to come at a later date though.
Sounds like more details should be available soon, and furthermore, it sounds like there might be more than one co-op mode other than the already confirmed co-op campaign. Details are still scarce on Bodycount, but with Gamescom and PAX coming up perhaps that's where we'll get more unveiled for the 360 and PS3 shooter.
