Viva el verano! Call of Juarez: The Cartel is being shipped out this summer, but so far a solid release date has not been set by Ubisoft - at least, not publicly. Luckily, our friendly retailers have tipped us off. Best Buy and Gamestop have it listed as June 28th for the United States. Amazon UK shows July 01st as the PAL release date, which seems to confirm the former.
Until this morning, that is...when Amazon updated the U.S. listing to July 19th.
At this point, we can't assume anything beyond a summer release. Techland and Ubi have yet to weigh in, but if the details aren't nailed down next week we'll surely know something by E3. Remember: this ain't your average, run-of-the-mill horse thief. Ration your water and don't run your horse if you don't have to. We'll get the slippery bastard.
