Madden NFL 10 Brings The Team Together

Hut, hut, hike! ShadokatRegn passes to BApenguin, Touchdown Co-optimus! After 9 installments, Madden NFL 10 will finally have online co-op! Although the spirit of football is competitive, it's refreshing to finally see co-op open up in a popular sports game. Game developers talk about the decision to add co-op to the long-running Madden franchise, emphasizing playing with others and having fun instead of competition with the usual trash talk.

We couldn't agree more, and look forward seeing exactly how this will work. Potential eleven player co-op is a very encouraging prospect, and the developers dish on a few of the early details.

I think its a good idea. Unfortunately, Im not big on football. How about online co-op with NHL 2010?

NHL 09's online mode was almost co-op, except it was vs. another team of players.

So this IS against AI? I wasn't sure. I have never, ever owned a sports game. I just am not into it. But if I can play with others that can show me the ropes...sure I'll definitely give it a shot.
