Conflict: Denied Ops Co-Op Demo Out

Nicholas "bapenguin" Puleo February 01st, 2008 at 11:54 PM

Want a taste of Co-Op things to come?  Then look no further than the Conflict: Denied Ops demo for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.  The demo is out now on both systems and available to download.  It features 1 level in which you can play Co-Op.  The level features two characters to choose as, each with a distinct weapon set.

I played through it tonight with a friend and I was a little dissapointed at what I saw.  Not only was the demo extremely short (it took about 15 minutes to complete), but everything just seemed very basic.  And while the co-op aspect was fun, there just wasn't much there to impress me.   It is a demo though, so perhaps the full game will provide a deeper and richer experience.

I've played it on my own, thought it was pretty cool. The feeling of the game was good, it was fast which i like. But it was also a bit plain, go here and finish it. Kill some guys down the road.... I'll try out the co-op mode tomorrow or something.

I also played it on single player.. extremely short, altho just a demo...nothing really impressive but the mere fact you can switch from one commando the another commando which can be halfway across the map...

Played the demo in co-op mode. Was okay...as the other poster said, very plain. The destruction of the environment was a nice touch...but there was nothing there that showed that it was worth a purchase. A rental, sure...a purchase, no.
