Halo Waypoint Screens Reveal Career mode Achievements

Microsoft has just released a bunch of screenshots for Halo Waypoint, the NXE Channel that'll be your insider guide to everything Halo on the Xbox 360.  One thing we've heard about Waypoint for some time was your Halo career, and now we seem to have a clearer picture of what that means.

You'll be given a separate set of achievements based on your accomplishments and you'll "level up" earning milestones.  Some other interesting features in the channel are a "friends playing Halo games" counter, direct access to your screenshots.   Check out the screens and tell us what you think - Halo Waypoint launches on November 5th.  It's Xbox Live Gold exclusive content, though Silver members will have access until November 26th.

HA! No, smurphster, they won't have to fight until Nov 5th.

I think this is awesome, and I don't even have a 360 =>

Im with Zonf not too excited about this at all, but we will see where it goes, I guess if it extends the life of the game then it is pretty cool.

Maybe they'll show recaps of stories from games so new players can catch up. But probably unlikely, because they would definitely want you to buy the game instead.

There will be more, and it will directly appeal to people of the co-op persuasion. I'll leave it at that.

Is a career in aviation a good career? I have heard radio commercials saying that there is a need for helicopter pilots. I have worked around helicopter for several years (wildland firefighting) and have a basic understanding of them. I would like to know about the pros and cons of such a career.

What I don't get is what that bot hopes to achieve? No link, no suggested products...

Maybe it's a rogue bot just trying to find a home.

Or in this case a career in aviation.

It looks cool, but anything that requires Halo Wars will be lost on me.

You would think they would patch the USB port stuff.. Its just silly to have to unplug stuff that you usually just leave plugged

Thanks for clearing that up! I probably won't buy it though.
