Like many Xbox 360 owners, I am a big Crackdown fan. So, recent news regarding a possible sequel for the supercop simulation game got me interested. In an interview with Videogaming247, Realtime Studios boss Colin Macdonald said that Crackdown 2 could be a possiblity. While the team is currently working on its next game, All Points Bulletin (which is essentially a MMO version of Grand Theft Auto), a sequel to Crackdown is not out of the realm of possibility. So, nothing confirmed, but at least the door is not shut on the possiblity of a Crackdown 2.

I was under the impression MS had the IP. Guess they're willing to wait for Realtime to finish up APB first instead of farming it out.
is APB on console?
I think APB is ONLY consoles.
APB was switched to Windows only a short while back but now they've said they are "considering" the PS3 and 360 as viable platforms. In RTW's defense, APB has been to development hell and back again so they are understandably playing safe.
I would love a crackdown 2. Another one of those games that could only get better and better with expansion.

God I hope so. Crackdown is some of the most fun I've ever had gaming. I mean, seriously.
