While Gears of War 3 wrapped up the story of Marcus, Dom and crew quite nicely - rumors are already circulating about more games in the series. The Official Xbox Magazine has the pulse on what seems to be a likely scenario - a new trilogy of Gears of War games set before the current in true Star Wars fashion.
According to the magazine the trilogy will be developed by Bulletstorm developer and Epic owned studio, People Can Fly. Epic itself is already doing a bit of prequel content with the upcoming RAAM's Shadow DLC, which puts players in the role of General RAAM, the lead baddie from the first game who saw an untimely end at the hands of the Gears.
More Gears is always a good thing as the series has been on of the most co-op friendly this generation.
