Our Weekend In Gaming: Tabletop Stimulator

What's more eye-catching than a cardboard rectangle?

The Co-Opticrew is reaching into our usual bag of tricks this weekend, with co-op shlooters and co-op sloopers taking up a fair amount of our time.  What's this, though?  It appears a few of our esteemed staff are also diving back into the realm of wooden tokens and translucent card sleeves for a couple days of board game goodness.  We can only wish these adventurous souls (and their wallets) the best of luck.  They'll certainly need it.

Otherwise, it looks like we've got Henry Cavill cosplay, feline platforming, and plenty of boss fights on the menu.  Check it out!

Nick Puleo (@NickPuleo) - "I feel like a broken record, but Destiny 2 and Sea of Thieves. Also planning some co-op this evening in Streets of Rogue."

Mike Katsufrakis (@Pheriannath) - "I got a new TV, so I’ll probably be spending a lot of time on my PS5... perhaps a return to Demon’s Souls is in order?"

Eric Murphy (@smurph_em) - "I might play & pass Witcher 3 with my wife, and hopefully I'll find some time for Sea of Thieves."

Locke Vincent (@LockeVincent) - "The Bloodborne board game I kickstarted just came in. Going to have a test play and see what a hunt feels like and then get to work on painting some minis."

Marc Allie (@DjinniMan) - "It should be a busy weekend but I will likely get in some Slay the Spires and maybe some Pandemic Legacy Season Zero."

Tally Callahan - "A bit of Overwatch and Smite with friends, then trying to get something to the table."

Enoch Starnes (@enochstarnes) - "I'll be completing one last run in Hades, then putting that aside for a spell in favor of Super Mario 3D World, Call of the Sea, and Kentucky Route Zero."

What are your plans for the weekend?  Let us know in the comments below.
