Our Weekend In Gaming: Return Of GabeN

The Punisher of Budgets

The Co-Opticrew is neck-deep in the Steam Summer Sale, and it's honestly a miracle any of us are still employed and not in debtor's prison.  Oddly enough, we're spending a lot of time on the Switch.  Perhaps the Nintendo Local Co-Op Renaissance has begun in earnest?

Jason Love (@JLove55) - "Having finally cleared Yakuza 0 out of my "got this game started but didn't finish" catalog, NieR: Automata is the next logical choice for games to beat. But I got a Switch this week so Zelda it is!"

Mike Katsufrakis (@Pheriannath) - "The fourteenth Final Fantasy game. Maybe I'll slot a little Diablo 3 in to play around with a Necromancer."

Eric Murphy (@smurph_em) - "We'll be streaming River City Ransom: Underground tonight on our Twitch channel. Be ready to laugh, we're not good at beat-em-ups."

Marc Allie (@DjinniMan) - "Arms, Disgaea 5, Magical Drop II... All Switch, all the time."

Locke Vincent (@LockeVincent) - "Gotta summon all those skeletons with my favorite Diablo class, the Necromancer."

Sam Tyler (@thereelsamtyler) - "Kane and Lynch 2 is available with Games with Gold from Saturday, which is a great opportunity for me to get back into the game's sick thrills."

Tally Callahan - "The usual Overwatch, then probably checking out Life is Strange (thanks to PS Plus) and continuing my fight against the Great Old Ones in Arkham Horror: the Card Game."

Enoch Starnes (@enochstarnes) - "It's been a pretty intense week for me, so I'm gonna try to spend the weekend relaxing and playing a couple of the indie games I picked up on the Steam Sale."

How about you?  Any good pickups on the sale?  Let us know in the comments!
