Sam Tyler - Editor

When he finally managed to get a go on his older brother’s brand new ZX Spectrum, unbeknownst to Sam he was embarking on a lifetime love of games and being British. When Sir Clive Sinclair stopped making computers Sam had to admit that he needed to buy some consoles made further afield and he has not looked back since; owning every single console since the Super Nintendo.

As one of four, he learned fast to share a multi-tap and play games such as ‘Bomberman’ and ‘Snowboard Kids’. Now as a Librarian he believes in world peace and harmony, shunning the world of competitive gaming in favour of co-op. You can find him online in a variety of places from shooting terrorists in ‘Rainbow 6 Vegas’ to tending his garden in ‘Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise’.

As a Librarian, Sam is also an avid reader and would encourage you all to try a book once in a while (and keep him in a job).

Yeti Even More Trailers for Far Cry 4

Far Cry 4 is out right now.  I have no idea why you are reading this and not instead staring at your special edition statue as it gathers dust.  If the smell of new manual is not enough for you, why not ponder the future of the game?  Ubisoft have released a trailer highlighting the benefits of picking up the game's Season Pass (now containing 73% more Yeti).

Same Bat time, same Bat Channel

BIFF! POW! SMASH! New 60s Style LEGO Batman 3 Footage

I grew up in an age when only 4 channels existed and you had little choice as to what kid's shows to watch.  That meant getting up early to watch The Land of the Giants or The Legend of Tim Tyler.  It came as a blessed relief when the half decent Batman came on.  Time to relive this glory in over 10 minutes of LEGO Batman 3 footage.

It's the Annual Call of Duty Season Pass Reveal Trailer

I remember a time before seasonal releases of Call of Duty games.  It was a time of diversity, a time when every other game was not a FPS.  However, that time has gone, perhaps shot dead during a multiplayer session on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.  We will never know the fate of these golden days, but with this trailer, we will know the contents of CoD 2014's Season Pass.
