While the game got Greenlit on Steam, development on Ruin of the Reckless isn't done. The two-man development team of Faux-Operative Games launched a Kickstarter campaign a couple weeks back and just hit their funding goal of $10,000 today.
The reason for this campaign is to help finish the game's development and try to ensure they hit a (for now) planned release date of March 2017. With the minimum amount achieved, the developers now have their sites set on some of the stretch goals, including additional playable characters, new monsters and areas, and a chiptune soundtrack.
