Knights and Bikes, the Foam Sword game that was fully funded back in 2016 and subsequently picked up by Double Fine Presents as the publisher, has finally come to PC, Linux, Mac, and PlayStation 4. Prior to release, the game touted influences like "The Goonies," Secret of Mana, and Earthbound, and the final result seems to have maintained the quirky, unique art and design that those pieces are known for. If you haven’t already snagged the game, Knights and Bikes can be purchased for the current price of $19.99 across all available platforms.
If you do pick up a copy of the game, but have to wait for your download to complete, you may want to check out the trailer below or the official website while you wait. The developer has laid out the game’s unique art, influences, stop-motion style of animation, audio choices, and the teamwork that has been put into Knights and Bikes to make it what it is. You can find all that and more on the developer’s website here.
