Dark Souls Trilogy Pack Headed to America and Asia

Good news if you live in the U.S. or Asia and haven't gotten your fill of Dark Souls yet. Bandai Namco announced at Gamescom that a special Dark Souls Trilogy bundle will be released on October 19, 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The bundle includes the recent Dark Souls: Remastered release,  as well as the Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, and Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades editions, meaning you get all the DLC for all the games. That's a lot of bonfires and estus flasks!

Nearly a year after its release, the game will finally come to a close

Dark Souls III Will Come to an End with The Ringed City DLC

The final bit of content for Dark Souls III, and likely the last bit of Dark Souls content that creator Hidetaka Miyazaki will be involved with, arrives next month. It sounds like "The Ringed City" DLC will follow-up on some of the bigger questions that are leftover from the last piece of DLC, "Ashes of Ariandel." As with all the Dark Souls related news we post here, more details and the teaser video are after the break if you want to avoid any potential spoilers.

Just think of all the new ways you'll die!

Check Out The New Gameplay Trailer For Dark Souls 3's "Ashes of Ariandel" DLC

"This is it," you said to yourself back in April.  "One final time into the Dark Souls breach, and then I'm off the stuff for good."  You did it all.  You deciphered the obtuse lore.  You gathered the most hard-to-reach items.  You downed even the toughest of foes.  You died, over and over and over, and at long last, you emerged from the misty land of Lothric, battered and scarred, but all the better for it.  You were finally done.

Some good deals on a selection of co-op titles

PlayStation Co-Op Sale Returns

For the past couple years, Sony has run a week-long sales event focused on co-op games. This joyous time for us co-op gamers usually runs towards the end of November (just in time for the holiday season), but it appears that it's getting an earlier start this year. From now until 8:00 AM Pacific on September 20, you can take advantage of good deals (up to 70% off in some cases) on some great co-op titles like Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition and Dark Souls 3.

Dark Souls 3 Co-Op Review

The Souls series has had a lot of digital ink spilled over it in these parts. I was the lone fan of Demon's Souls until our good friend Andrew Gaskill came along and penned tens of thousands of words about that game and Dark Souls for us. His enthusiasm snared our editorial community, drawing in our own Locke Vincent and eventually Jason Love j...

Dark Souls 3 Arrives with Plenty of PC Issues

The day many of us have waited for this past year is finally here. Dark Souls 3 is out today on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC and while console users are enjoying the title, PC users are not having quite as much fun. Early reviews of the game found the PC port to have its share of issues, which seem to have persisted into release.

It's time to die....again

Dark Souls 3 Pre-Release Stream Recap

The Souls series isn't stressful enough, so we decided to stream our copy of Dark Souls 3 from moment one. With the rest of the Co-Opticrew watching, I take a bit of a tour of the introductory areas, fight a boss, and try to make heads or tails of the new mechanics. I think this is how Nick would prefer to experience the game - by watching the rest of us screw up.
