Soon, aspiring kitty pirates will be able to enjoy the charming cat-themed action RPG on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. That should be a purrfect option for gamers who don't have the game on Switch or Steam Deck. The iOS version will still support 2-player local co-op, thankfully.
Back in the innocent days of 2010, A World of Keflings was a fairly popular successor to A Kingdom for Keflings. I even wrote about it a few times in 2012! But the world of humans moved on, and NinjaBee's city-building/adventure game was last seen on the ill-fated Wii U in 2014 (there was also a single-player VR game in 2018). Fast-forward to the dark year of 2025, and not only is A World of Keflings coming to Steam, but there's already a playable demo! Perhaps the cheerful, no pressure gameplay that the Keflings bring is just what we need nowadays.
Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III is a unique Bubble Bobble sequel that got a modern console release last year. While there's never been a true Parasol Stars 2, Taito did release a very similar single-player game called Spica Adventure in Japanese arcades a while back. Now, ININ and Taito are preparing to release a bundle with both games as Parasol Superstars. The bundle with arrive digitally on all console platforms in September, and as a physical release on PlayStation and Switch.

Taito Milestones 3 from ININ Games is due out on Switch later this year. When the collection was announced, ININ revealed 7 of the games planned for inclusion. One of those was Rastan Saga, the classic barbarian-themed action platformer. This week, ININ let slip that Rastan Saga II and Warrior Blade: Rastan Saga III will also be included. Both of those games are co-op, so Taito Milestones 3 will have at least 7 cooperative games in total!

The Gentlebros' Cat Quest series of action RPGs has always been adorably awesome. Cat Quest III certainly looks to maintain that tradition, casting players as the sole survivors of a pirate attack in a nautical fantasy world. A gorgeous art style, pirate ship battles, and 2-player local co-op are just a few of this threequel's compelling features.
