Could this be a teaser for Left 4 Dead 3?
Zombies have not been this popular since the great outbreak of 1955. Everywhere you look you have a Nazi Zombie here, or a burning Zombie there. A major contributor to the recent fashion in rotting flesh is the brilliant Left 4 Dead series. It was a mere 12 months that separated Left 4 Dead from Left 4 Dead 2, so isn't it about time we heard about a new game in the series? I think I shall tentatively call it Left 4 Dead 3.
This is exactly what may be rising from the grave during next month's Spike VGA awards. The recent trailer for the show has a teaser image for a Zombie based news story. The VGAs have been home to some big announcements before, so a start for the Left 4 Dead 3 hype train is not beyond the realms of possibility.
However, we at Co-Optimus, and me in particular me, like to crush moments of glee. It is mere internet tittle tattle that this announcement is even about a new Left game. It could be news about another of the multitude of Undead game series currently shambling off the shelves. Or it could be that the series is finally making its way onto the Playstation 3.
