Entire Guitar Hero Metallica Song List Revealed

It's not often we get to put up a link to Metallica's website, but that's our source for this news item.  We'd previously reported a rumored list of songs for the upcoming Metallica-centric Guitar hero title, but now we have it straight from the horses mouth.  If you like Metallica, you'd like the list.  I'm a fan, and I'll probably be picking it up at some point, as my love for "Battery" is greater than my dislike for giving Activision my money.  Also, "Fuel" is one of the songs, and my son, as a toddler, sang that song like this: "Gimme food, gimme fries, gimme something on the side!!"  I feel that memory is funny enough that I just have to pick that same song up in rhythm game form!

Guitar Hero Metallica Trailer Melts Your Face...Twice!

Better grab a welding mask, because your face is about to melt.  Activision has released the official trailer for Guitar Hero Metallica and it's not for the faint of heart.  No ma'am, this isn't your average party game.   Promising Metallica's "fiercest songs" I wouldn't expect this game to be for anyone other than the greatest of Guitar Heros.

Guitar Hero Metallica Will Pull Your Strings

We here at Co-Optimus generally prefer Rock Band to its older brother, the Guitar Hero series.  That doens't mean we aren't stoked about the upcoming Guitar Hero Metallica.  Due the first half of 2009, and available for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii,  and the venerable PS2, GH Metallica features a mix of Metallica songs (dur) as well as a few other bands.  The latter include the Foo Fighters, Queen, Samhain, and Alice in Chains.
