Grow fat from strength

Enter The Menagerie in Destiny 2's Season of Opulence

The final season for year 2 of Destiny 2 kicks off today with the "Season of Opulence." This is the third content drop as part of the new "seasons of content" approach that kicked off with Forsaken back in September (as opposed to the DLC seen last year with "Warmind" and "Curse of Osiris") and much like the "Black Armory" and "Joker's Wild," Opulence will add new exotic weapons, new legendary gear, new Pinnacle weapons, and new activities.

Yesterday, developer Neocore Game dropped an update that adds a new mode, called "Warzone," to the title and it is intended to give endgame players a way to get better gear and new skills (that can be used in the mode). It kind of looks like a mix between a "Survival" mode and Rifts from Diablo III.

Frontier Expo Unveils Next Year's Plans for Elite: Dangerous

While Frontier Developments' Elite: Dangerous has allowed for a group of players to team up and fly around the galaxy together and complete larger community goals, which are larger objectives within a sector to which all players contribute. Next year, though, the devs have a whole slew of updates planned that are collectively going under the title of "Beyond," and one of the first things that will be introduced are new co-op missions.
