Halo Wars Demo Coming February 5th

During Microsoft's CES press conference, President of Entertainment and Devices Division for Microsoft Robbie Bach, announced that Halo Wars would receive a demo on February 5th.  Of course he said "Bungie" was going to make it available, not Ensemble.    Oops.

There's no word on whether the demo would contain any co-op, multiplayer or skirmish modes - but we'll keep you informed.  It has been confirmed though that the entire game's campaign is playable in 2 player co-op.  Halo Wars hits the Xbox 360 on February 28th.

Update:  An official press release confirmed what we knew already, the release date hasnt' changed.

Japan and Asia Pacific: Feb. 26
Europe: Feb. 27
US, Canada, Mexico and South America: March 3

Yeah, unfortunately, they will have to get used to Bungie not handling the Halo brand anymore.

I wonder...is Ensemble closing down?
