Barbecue and British zombie extermination, a thoroughly American experience.

Killing Floor 2 Update Officially Available, Check It Out For Free This Weekend

The relaxation of Labor Day Weekend is nearly upon us, and with it comes the latest update to the decidedly un-relaxing Killing Floor 2.  Unless, that is, you find zombie dismemberment relaxing.  Look, Co-optimus is a judgement-free zone.  Some people need a quiet room and meditation, others need to rip the arms off legions of the undead.

The Co-Op Battle For Tatooine Begins

Star Wars Battlefront Beta Drops In October With New Game Mode

Ladies and Gentlemen, in case you haven’t already seen the signs Star Wars fever is upon us and it’s looking to get a whole lot bigger this holiday season. With the recent launch of Disney Infinity 3.0, the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront game and Star Wars: The Force Awakens hitting theaters in December it is honestly the best year to be a Star Wars fan. So it looks like September, November and December are all covered with fantastic Star Wars stuff, but what about October? Are we really going to go a whole month with nothing to fulfill our Star Wars pallet? Well it looks like that is no longer the case thanks to EA.

Time To Team Up For Some Monster Hunting Action

Evolve Goes Free For Labor Day Weekend

Earlier this year Evolve was released and it pretty much fell by the wayside as gamers did not see the value in the 4v1 first person shooter. I myself had a blast with the game and though I agree the price was a bit high I never like I was robbed of my money while playing. Nonetheless those that have stayed away will get the chance to play the game for free this Labor Day weekend on both PC and Xbox One.

Failure to Launch

Destiny’s Taken King DLC Will Launch Without Raid

So if you’re like me and my co-op buddies Destiny’s newest DLC The Taken King which launches on September 15th was a day to be extremely excited about. A day that you knew would be spent with friends for hours. Well it looks like after an interview creative director Luke Smith had with IGN that is less the case. Reason being is that Destiny's new raid, King's Fall, won't be available when The Taken King launches. The interview goes on to say that Bungie has an idea of when the raid will launch but that it defiantly will not be on day one.

A game where "witch doctor" is an honest profession.

Full Mojo Rampage Mojo's Onto Consoles Soon

Much like the skeletal minions inhabiting its dungeons, Full Mojo Rampage claws itself from an obscure grave on Steam and onto PS4s and Xbox Ones everywhere. The four player co-op roguelike comes to us from Nicalis Inc of Binding of Isaac: Rebirth fame, and slaps you and your friends down in a voodoo inspired dungeon romp. Choose classes based on various Loa, or "voodoo gods" and hex your enemies into oblivion.

Reckoning May Be Hitting PS4, But Xbox Owners Will Fear The Aftermath

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Reckoning coming to PS4 & PC September 3

The fourth and final DLC for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is day’s away and fellow Co-op gamers can look forward to the final chapter in the Exo Zombies story along with 4 new competitive multiplayer maps. The DLC will hit PS4 and PC gamers on September 3rd a full month after fans on Xbox One and Xbox 360 have experienced it. To most this date might not be all to important but if you are an avid COD player on the Xbox One it is worth noting that Reckoning will be the final DLC to get the 30-day exclusivity period on Xbox platforms. When Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 comes out this fall the roles will be reversed and PS4 owners will be the ones to get the DLC 30 days early.

Luckily, Chester was able to guide him to the field using an open bag of Sour Patch Kids.

Shrimpers Forever Volume Twelve: In Which Jack Payne Gets Lost At The Emirates

Ryan Leonard glumly scanned the dressing room walls surrounding him.  Celta de Vigo's facilities were undoubtedly nicer than the converted boat repair shop that his former team used, but they lacked character.  Where were the mold-emblazoned ceiling tiles?  Where was the pile of discarded Wild Cherry Capri Suns that marked Jack's domain?  Where was the plaque dictating his friend Han Kook's Thirteen Standards For Polite Social Interaction?

The Unlikeliest of Chums

Shaggy Impresses Batman In LEGO Dimensions Teaser; New Location Screens

You can take just about any franchise in history and devolve its characters into itty bitty lego folk, and the LEGO games have been wildly successful at doing just that exact thing. Of course, LEGO Dimensions takes that one step further and slaps a bunch of those worlds and characters into some of the most awkward pairings in the history of time.

Nothing says "zombie apocalypse" like "dune buggy racing"

Feast Upon Gameplay of Dying Light "The Following" DLC; New Co-Op Demo Out

Dying Light is doubtless worth your attention if you're a fan of parkouring around ruined buildings and love zombies. Or maybe you hate zombies. Zombies are weird like that. Maybe you yearn only to crack them open wide with a police baton or, in the case of "The Following" DLC, a suped-up dune buggy. Two Techland Devs recently plopped down in front of a TV camera and recorded themselves watching some pals play the new Dying Light DLC, noting some of the new features added to the game.

Bring Democracy into the cold, dark reaches of space, once more.

Defend the Universe With Helldivers: Super-Earth Ultimate Edition; Out Now

Greetings, Citizen of Super Earth. If you've ignored the call of the Helldivers for this long, your blood must run yellow with cowardice. Democracy triumphed over Tyranny (and bug-kind) in the 5th Galactic War, while you relied on real heroes to die on alien planets. You, and your families, should be ashamed that you have not yet donned the mantle of the Helldivers, and done your part to ensure humanity's freedom.
