Who can say no to co-op games on the cheap?

Steam Week Long Sale Features Krater, Other Co-Op Games

It may not be as epic as the winter or summer sales, but this week's list of Steam deals isn't too shabby. Six games are on sale for 66-75% off, including three games that support co-op play. Topping the list is Krater, the post-apocalyptic role playing game that supports online and LAN co-op for two players. Capsized and Section 8: Prejudice also feature co-op modes, the former supporting two player local games and the latter online and LAN for up to four players.

Section 8: Prejudice Trailer Shows the Complete Package

Section 8: Prejudice launches next week on Xbox Live Arcade and on PC on May 4th.  The one thing thats been touted since the game's announcement has been just how much content is in the package for its $15 price tag.  With a single player campaign, online versus mode, and four player co-op mode - its hard to disagree.  Co-Optimus has been hands on with the title numerous times, including the final XBLA copy, and we think folks are going to be pleasantly surprised.

Section 8: Prejudice Drops on 4/20

Section 8: Prejudice has adopted an ambitious pricing and distribution strategy.  The preceding title, Section 8, was a full priced retail game that received postitive reviews and little player support.  Producer/developer TimeGate Studios decided to make the sequel more competitive by releasing it as a downloadable title and pricing it at $14.99, or 1200 Microsoft Points.  The studio claims Section 8: Prejudice will be a fully-featured game.
