Turtle Rock and publisher Warner Bros have delayed the upcoming co-op zombie shooter Back 4 Blood from its summer release. The game will now launch on October 12th, 2021 instead of its original June 22 release date.
The four player co-op game is slated to launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X/S along with the PC. Instead this summer players are going to get their hands on an open beta of the game, instead of the final polished version.
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your continued patience and support. This is a decision that we were hoping we wouldn’t have to make, but the COVID-19 pandemic had a huge impact. It definitely slowed things down for us.— Turtle Rock Studios is Hiring (@TurtleRock) March 25, 2021
