Co-Op Monthly Round-Up for July, 2021

The calm before autumn

It was nice to have a bit of breathing room at the start of July after the absolute crazyness that was June. The calm didn't last long however as in the second half of the month the release calender suddenly started to get full again culminating in three days at the end full of long awaited releases like Blightbound, Samurai Warriors 5, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin or The Ascent. It seemed like the industry went on a two-week-vacation and then decided they needed to complete the missed work in a single day.

Of course we are not complaining. Even with that little bit of space in the calender there are still way too many co-op games released each week (or even day) for any one person to reasonably play. So instead take a look below at what you may have missed in July, call your friends over and get your game on. Yes, we know it is Summer and it is all the rage to go outside. Just do it like our Database Manager, who added another 190 entries to the database this month, and close the blinds. That way no pesky sun can interrupt our precious play time.
