With 70 minutes of cutscenes to sit through, Killzone 3 players are going to be itching for some action in between. Visceral action. Satisfying, blood-curdling, Helghast-killing action. And what better way to celebrate the end of yet another pre-rendered cutscene than with a suppressed Stahl Arms StA-52SE assault rifle?
Okay, back up. Scratch that. Make it an M32 combat knife, used to slit the throat of an unsuspecting Helghast sentry. Nasty!
Wait. Nix. You'd be better served with a Visari Corporation VC8 shotgun pistol. Oh, yeah. Ka...boom.
The PlayStation 3 blog has posted a lovingly detailed list of the weapons that you'll use to eviscerate your enemies in Killzone 3. From knife to rocket launcher, from sniper rifle to heavy turret emplacements...you'll find a plethora of destructive toys available to rip Helghan a new one.
Killzone 3 will be in stores February 22nd, and will feature splitscreen co-op throughout the campaign. It looks like this will not be a game to miss.
