Portable prison shivs!

The Escapists 2 Is On Its Way To The Nintendo Switch

Breaking out of prison can't be that hard, right?  All you've got to do is grease a few officers' palms, hatch a plan with your closest incarcerated buddies, and create tools out of nothing.  I suppose you also have to work out patrol patterns, subtly lay out the groundwork for your escape route, ensure your clandestine meetings aren't discovered by guards... okay, so maybe it's a little hard.

The Escapists 2 got an early release on the PC and is available to play now. The PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One versions will be out tomorrow, and the Switch version is still TBA. That's not all. Mouldy Toof Studios figured they'd toss one last challenge everyone's way. Sure, you can escape from an ordinary prison, maybe even a prison in space, but can you rise to the levels of Nic Cage and escape from an airplane?!

There's A Brand New Trailer For The Escapists 2

You ever think that humanity wasn't meant to be cooped up in a cage, man?  We're, like, supposed to be free.  To roam the wild.  To eat whatever we want.  To craft makeshift weapons out of household items.  You squares lock us up, and we'll just keep finding ways to really live our lives.  At least, that's what I've learned from The Escapists 2, anyway.
