It's quiet in here today, almost as if there is some sort of holiday going on in a distant part of the world.  That does not stop Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse and it don't stop me.  Check out the launch trailer for the upcoming 2 player local co-op game that launched in the US on Tuesday and is in store UK style on Friday.

We've got a handful of new screenshots for the two player cooperative Family Guy game coming out on November 20th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.  Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse features Stewie and Brian on an epic adventure through time and the universe, with both characters playable in local co-op.

Do you know what really grinds my gears?  Games that are released soon, but don't have an official release date!  How am I meant to know if I can preorder the game, or whether it has slipped?  Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse was one such game until today.  The Griffin family et al. will be available on November 20th in the US and November 23rd in the EU.  

Fans of the TV Series Family Guy may remember a certain episode in which Stewie and Brian travel into several alternate universes, all done in different art styles.  The Road to the Multiverse Episode apparently was a grand idea for a couch co-op game, and so, Activision is making Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse with Heavy Iron Studios on development.
