Master Chief and Co-Optimus Co-Op Nights have one thing in common, they were MIA for far too long. There’s good news though, they’re both making a return with Halo 4. Co-Optimus and Xbox Live have teamed up to bring you a Halo 4 Co-Op Night on February 7th, starting at 8PM Eastern. We’ll be playing through the campaign and/or the new co-op mode named Spartan Ops. There’s an event thread in our forums where you should post your gamertag and what you’re interested in playing. Plan on revisiting the thread on February 7th to find people to meet up with.
We're back with another co-op walkthrough of the latest chapter in Halo 4's Spartan Ops campaign. We're up to chapter 7 this week, with the missions once again being mixed up quite a bit from the previous formula. There's three brand new maps to play on, with the majority of them taking place aboard Infinity itself. These missions also feature some of the most intense firefights we've seen to date in Spartan Ops.

Axis Animation became famous for their award winning trailer for Dead Island, but their more recent work is even more impressive - creating all of the CGI cut scenes for Halo 4 and Halo 4's Spartan Ops mode. Episode 3 of 10 is now available to download of Halo 4's Spartan Ops co-op campaign. The story sees Dr. Halsey returning to the mix, this time helping the team aboard the Infinity discover exactly what the artifact is. Episode 3 is much improved over the previous episode, which saw many maps recycled and combat feeling pretty stale. This time around there's plenty of vehicle missions alongside some new maps, including a few familiar from the game's competitive multiplayer.

So how much has Halo 4 sold? In the first 24 hours over 220 Million dollars were spent on the game. Let's say that the average selling price - when you take into account special editions, exchange rates, and everything else is $75. That would mean the game has sold just shy of 3 million copies in one day. Impressive to say the least.
