A Trio of Increasingly Awesome Videos for The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut

Okay, I'll admit it.  I've posted a lot of videos covering The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut, and to be honest with you, I haven't been that impressed by them.  I've always enjoyed the House of the Dead franchise, and I loved the direction the series took in The House of the Dead: Overkill for the Wii.  The previous videos for the PS3 exclusive Extended Cut version just don't pack the same punch.  Take a look and see what I mean.  Oh, and keep reading, because this is going to be awesome.  Promise.  There's gonna be boobs and stuff.

House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Edition Co-Op Hands on Impressions

About the only reason I keep my Nintendo Wii around is for the light gun shooters I own on it, House of the Dead: Overkill is at the top of the list of those.  Now I have one less reason to keep that little white box thanks to hi-def version of the game coming to the PlayStation 3 with full Move support.  I played House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Edition yesterday and forgot just how much I liked the game and the genre

New Trailer for The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut Shows Off Some Sexy Zombie Skin

The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut has zombie strippers, and here's the video to prove it.  These lovely ladies will no doubt be part of the all new "Naked Terror" campaign, where you and a friend will take control of Varla Guns and her friend, Candy.  You'll be battling through the Pink Pussycat, which I believe is some type of shelter for young ladies who have a clothing deficiency.  The video is pretty self explanatory.

New Video for House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut Welcomes You to Bayou City County Hospital

The House of the Dead Overkill - Extended Cut is sticking to its campy grindhouse roots.  This latest trailer invites us to the Bayou City County Hospital, a familiar level to anyone who played through the Wii version of the game.  The graphics are substantially better, as is to be expected.  The game features full Move support as well as 3D, which should add a nice level of immersion to the super violent, ultra-foul-mouthed, light gun game.

House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut Amazon Pre-Order Sale

You can pick up House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut at a reduced price right now on Amazon.  The Move-supported rail shooter is going for $29.99.  That's $10 off the regular price.  I played the heck out of the Wii version, which we gave a 4 out of 5 in our Co-Op Review.  It's got a cheese-tastic story and great(?) B-movie voice acting.  Plus F-bombs.  Lots and lots of F-bombs.  The PS3 version boasts more levels and improved graphics.  These deals don't last long, so pick it up RIGHT NOW!

New Screens and Details from House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut's Naked Terror

House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut isn't a simple re-release on the PS3.   The Move-enabled title is going to have two additional levels, and one of them will be a new stripper-rific romp called "Naked Terror."  Catchy, I know.  You'll take control of Varla Guns (I just won a bet) and her lady friend, Candy.  You'll blast your way through hordes of mutants in a strip club, a dive bar, and the streets of Bayou City.  The new mutant types include bikers and strippers, naturally.  You can see some new screens after the break.

Hammertime? Hells yeah!

New House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut Video is Awesome, Ridiculous

Today we have a new House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut video for your viewing pleasure.  Violence and strong language are prevalent, as they should be.  We've already covered f the gory details of this PS3 remake of one of the Wii's most mature titles.  Check out the video.  Dude says "Hammertime" then beats a mutant with a hammer.  It doesn't get any better than that.  Extended Cut will even feature two new levels with full PlayStation Move support.  Two local players can battle the zombie mutant horde together.  You can expect House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut this October.
