It's surprising to see so many of the staff still playing Red Dead Redemption, but that seems to be a popular game these days despite coming out 9 months ago. There's plenty of variety though with a few new releases on everyones radar including Dead Nation, Spelunker HD and even some Assassin's Creed. As the temperatures drop for the Winter here in the US, and the game releases freeze, it's the perfect time to catch up on that backlog.
Mike "pheriannath" Katsufrakis - "After making good on my plan to beat Red Dead Redemption, last weekend, I now plan on clearing out the last few levels in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, as well as playing tour guide to Nick in World of Warcraft."
Marc "DjinniMan" Allie - "Not much of a plan this weekend. I would definitely like to play some more of the original Halo with my son. Might even go back to finish White Knight Chronicles... it's been too long."
Sam "Samoza" Tyler - "I've picked up a copy of Transformers War for Cybertron and am looking forward to playing a decent transformers game for one. On a single player note Spiderman Shattered Dimensions has also just arrived."
Tally "xelissa" Callahan - "We finally purchased a Wii on a Black Friday sale as an early Christmas present to ourselves, so I'll be hitting up Monster Hunter Tri and the New Super Mario Brothers to start playing catch-up. Yup, that's me, perpetually behind."
Jim "txshurricane" McLaughlin - "After this week, I'm not so sure I'll be playing much of anything this weekend. I might find some time for Call of Duty: Black Ops or Red Dead Redemption...but I'm not really counting on it."
Jason "Origami Panther" Love - "I finally have a weekend where I'll be getting some gaming in (hooray). I'll be fighting off Old West zombies in Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare pack, and (to mix things up a bit) will be guiding Monkey and Trip through a ruined Earth city in Enslaved."
