After an exciting performance of "I want to Hold your Hand" out of Billy and the Co-Opticrew at PAX 2009, it was time for the band to break up and head their respective ways.  Sadly when I arrived home from the show there was no Beatles to be found in my house.  This simply did not sit well with my wife, and after several not so subtle hints - including her telling our 6 month old to ask me for game - it was time to trade in some games and pick up the Fab 4's videogame debut.

It's time to tackle the Amazon jungle with Raven Squad, the hybrid FPS/RTS title from Evolved games. We head deep with the 2 player co-op mode and come out covered in...something.

Microsoft launched their latest social media player yesterday with the ZuneHD.  In 16GB and 32GB varieties, the system packs an OLED multi-touch screen, accelerometer, HD Radio as well as sleek design.  Soon the system will be sync'd up to your Xbox 360 for a host of other features.  

EA has announced a brand new version of their SKATE franchise, to no one's surprise it's called SKATE 3.  The unique feature of the game will be a complete social aspect where players can create crews of skaters that compete in challenges and missions.  This co-op mode is a first for any skate based game, though there's no word as to how many players you can have in your crew

We've gotten our hands on a shiny new video of Borderlands in action during the game's 2 player split screen co-op mode.  While we're still waiting on confirmation of the PC version containing the same co-op mode, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will be able to enjoy the company of friend next to them on the couch as they blow away bandits with 1 of three million weapons.

Yesterday we reported that today's XBLA release of Red Alert 3: Commander's Challenge would be a 2 player co-op experience.  Sadly, today we can confirm the game does not contain a co-op mode.

Tonight at an event in Los Angeles, Infinity Ward and Microsoft announced a brand new limited edition Xbox 360 console.  The Modern Warfare 2 branded console is the same as an Xbox 360 Elite, but has a brand new 250GB hard drive.  It also comes with a copy of the game and two wireless controllers - perfect for playing co-op!

The next video documentary for Halo 3: ODST has been released, and this one is chock full of information.  It takes you through the original concept, remember that "not a $60 game" almost a year ago to where it is now.  We get info on the new weapons, the tweaks applied to the audio of said weapons, and the ODST visor.

It's been 30 years since the first time audiences heard the inspirational "Can you dig it?" speech. To commemorate the anniversary of the film, a brand new beat 'em up game carrying The Warriors colors will be available. The Warriors: Street Brawl is that title, and we have high hopes for it.

You might notice a distinct lack of balls in the above picture, despite two looming spherical giants.  Fret not, those balls are mad, and are part of the upcoming premium Madballs in...Babo Invasion theme for the Xbox 360.  According to Playbrains this theme will be a bit more light hearted and bright, because most of the 360 themes are dark and sad.  Master Chief is Emo.  Along with the theme is two sets of gamerpics for you to have.

Another week, another Xbox Live Arcade release or two.  This week, both games feature co-op!  First up is a game fans of classic arcade titles are quite familiar with.  Bubble Bobble Neo is a nice, HD remake of the old school dino-bubble-blowing original.  Most notable is a 4 player co-op mode, meaning someone gets to be a pink dinosaur (I got dibs!)
