ARK: Survival Evolved Adds Official Mods, Delayed Release

It's a good news/bad news day for ARK: Survival Evolved. The good news? The Xbox One and PC versions of the game will add official mods (i.e., those mods that appear to be selected by developer Studio Wildcard to be integrated into the game) to the title staring next month with a new map designed by a member of the ARK community. The bad news? The game's official release date is delayed across all platforms until sometime this winter.

Xbox One Version of ARK: Survival Evolved Receives Update

Looks like the prehistoric world of ARK: Survival Evolved is quite popular on the Xbox One; enough so that new servers were needed to support the whole affair. Microtransactions Added to Killing Floor 2

Developer Tripwire Interactive announced last week that Killing Floor 2 will include microtransactions via a special in-game store called "The Trading Floor." While playing through a match, players may find an encrypted crate or USB stick that contains a new weapon skin or other cosmetic item. By heading over to the Trading Floor, players can purchase a decryption key that will decrypt these items and relinquish their contents unto you.

Star Wars Battlefront: A New Season Pass

For most of us, Star Wars Battlefront is not even out until tomorrow, but that has not stopped EA from announcing their Season Pass and providing some information on how the game will develop through 2016.  As well as providing four new expansions packs, the Season Pass has an added incentive as these chosen users will get the new content two weeks earlier than anyone else.
