Microsoft has announced what everyone has been expecting for ages, a motion sensing peripheral for the Xbox 360. Dubbed Natal, Microsoft's peripheral is actually an entire platform built into a tiny sensor bar. Featuring voice recognition and full body movement recognition Natal is said to bring a new way to play.
All it took was one sound, and the crowd went wild. Visions of Agency tower climbs filled our heads, and then we heard a familiar voice. The agent in all of us suddenly sprung to life as Microsoft announced what has long been rumored, Crackdown 2. While no gameplay was shown, we did get a trailer. It looks like Crackdown is going down a darker path as agents clean up the city from some sort of disease or infection. Perhaps this big guy comes out of the sewer at the end?
The Halo universe was ripe with news at the Microsoft press conference from E3, detailing Halo ODST and announcing Halo: Reach at the same time. ODST is an expansion on the first Halo trilogy, only this time we're playing as ODST (Halo's version of Special Forces) Marines. While the whole compaign in ODST is co-op, an addition co-op mode called "Firefight" was announced, which is Halo's version of Gears of War 2's Horde Mode.

With the release of Halo Wars DLC "Strategic Options," we decided to give it a test drive in the name of Co-op. These three new modes are available through the skirmish menu, and add a certain flare to simple seek-and-destroy gameplay. Nick "BApenguin" and I tried out each one of these, and wanted to share that experience.
Microsoft and Valve have announced and shown a trailer for Left 4 Dead 2. The game is coming to the Xbox 360 and PC this fall, and it looks to be taking place in New Orleans.

Since we first looked at Trine in it was easy to admire the game's gorgeous visuals, and even the awesome music. Today we continue our admiration to the three player co-op title, set to launch on the PlayStation Network and PC later this year, once again drooling over some truly impressive eye candy.
We've seen a bunch of media from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of the upcoming two player co-op Army of Two: The 40th Day, but we haven't seen any of the announced PSP version. That changes today as EA has released a handful of screenshots for the pocket sized duo on Sony's portable.
Wondering where part two of Watchmen: The End Is Nigh is? Wonder no more. Part Two of the game is headed to retail shelves, of all places. The Watchmen movie will be released on Blu-Ray and DVD in late July, and in at least one version, the movie will come packaged together with both parts of the game.
