One of the bigger pieces of news to come out this year's E3 was the reveal of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. A little bit of information was discussed during the conference, like how Windows 10 and Xbox One players would be able to play certain first-party games together, and more was discussed in interviews afterwards.
It's been almost exactly a year since Alone in the Dark: Illumination came out for PC. To mark its anniversary, the 2016 Summer Update has been launched, which add and enhance many aspects of this survival action shooter.
Apparently, if you want to find out about whether or not a game is coming to the consoles, you should hit up the Taiwan Game Software Rating Information board. Similar to how HAWKEN got listed on a Taiwan Microsoft store page early, three older Activision games (Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron) all got ratings for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Developer Neocore Games - best known for the Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing series of games - has shown off a little more of their next title, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. The game is set within the Caligari Sector of the Warhammer 40k universe and it will feature specific co-op missions that will have an affect on the rest of the sector.

Back in March, 2K laid out its plans for post-launch content for Battleborn. These plans included the addition of free characters, paid DLC that would add new PvE story missions, and (perhaps unsurprisingly) in-game purchases for cosmetic items only. That marketplace is now live.

Amid the flurry of E3 information, Nvidia dribbled out a quiet bit of news regarding console quality games and its SHIELD ecosystem. By the nebulous date of "coming soon", both Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will be available for Nvidia Shield TV and Nvidia Shield Tablet, co-op (largely) intact!
Activision has announced that the next Call of Duty game, Infinite Warfare, will feature a co-op specific zombie mode. This will be separate from the main campaign, which will be a single-player only affair.
The latest entry in the longest running toys-to-life franchise is Skylanders Imaginators. Every title has had "its own thing;" SuperChargers introduced vehicles, Trap Team let you capture enemies, and Swap Force involved mixing-and-matching the figures. With Imaginators, you'll be able to design and play your own Skylander in-game.
After the leak on the Taiwanese Xbox Marketplace last month, it seems 505 Games and Reloaded Games are ready to announce HAWKEN's console release... sort of? The free-to-play title will be coming to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 "late June/early July."
