New Skins for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Out Soon

Let's face it. There are two types of people in the world. Those who love Minecraft, and those who don't. For those of us who love Minecraft, we are usually pretty happy to hear about news of any kind regarding the game. With Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, more often than not that news is usually regarding a new skin pack. While these skin packs do not alter the actual gameplay in the slightest, they serve as a fun and entertaining alternative from the original skins. We enjoy distinguishing our co-op partners online by the myriad of skins that have been released since the game first came out for the Xbox 360.

New Borderlands 2 Character and Fourth DLC Dated and Priced

The next, and most likely final, pieces of Borderlands 2 DLC have been announced, dated, and priced. The sixth playable character is named Krieg the Psycho Bandit. Krieg wil be released on May 14 for $9.99. Unfortunately for those of you who own the Borderlands 2 Season Pass, Krieg will not be offered for free. Just like Gaige the Mechromancer before him, Krieg will have to be purchased as a stand alone character in the "Psycho Pack" DLC.

Save, don't sacrifice your time - many of your co-op FAQs answered here

Soul Sacrifice Co-Op FAQ

Soul Sacrifice is often compared to the Monster Hunter games for its party-based, monster-killing gameplay. Unsurprisingly, there are some big differences, and with its unique save-or-sacrifice mechanic as well as both online and Ad Hoc co-op, some questions about the co-op are sure to arise. We try to answer some of the FAQs in our Soul Sacrifice Co-Op FAQ.

Saints Row IV - Meet the President Trailer

Saints Row IV is looking more and more like it belongs in the Crackdown universe - and that's not a bad thing. We already know the game will gift players with super powers like leaping tall buildings, flying, and the ability to glow, but now we're seeing enemies that look pretty similar to the infected folks of Crackdown 2. The latest trailer for the Saints Row IV is called "Meet the President" and we'll let it speak (as well as wub wub) for itself.

Fuse Demo Out This Week

This week there's a whole lotta nothing going on. Monaco might be out on Friday, but I'll believe it when I see it. The Co-Optimus Release Calendar is woefully barren. I even checked on the status of Crimson Dragon and Blood Knights. Nah, I'm kidding. I doubt those games are ever coming out. The only new cooperative experience that will sate our need for digitized human companionship is a demo for Fuse, Insomniac's third person, class-based, super soldier shooter.

A game this good is an absolute crime

Monaco XBLA To Launch this Friday

Get ready for the heist of the year, playable on your couch via XBLA this Friday, May 10th. The sensational Monaco: What's Yours is Mine has already been making ripples in video game headlines, delivering devious joy to critics and players alike. Originally slated to release with the PC version of the game on April 24th, Monaco for XBLA has been in Microsoft Certification limbo for what seems like an eternity due to a fatal game bug. The bug in question would have caused disconnects during online play. Rather than elect to release the game with the issue and attempt to fix it later down the road, Pocketwatch Games wanted to nip the problem in the bud. They did so, and the gaming world has been waiting desperately for the game to pass the Microsoft Certification process. And the day will finally come this week.

Zeno Clash 2 Co-Op Review

After playing through the original Zeno Clash, I didn’t know what to expect from ACE Team this time around. What do you do after making a first person brawler set in a fantastical world where you sort out differences through a bout of fisticuffs? The answer is simple, continue the adventure and add a co-op partner so you have double the flying fists. Zeno Clash 2 does not diverge from the obscure, relying on those brave gamers who want to try something out of the ordinary.

Solstice Arena Aims to Stuff a Full MOBA into Your Phone

After getting acquired by Zynga in the fall of 2012, development studio A Bit Lucky has finally unveiled its next project. Solstice Arena aims to bring the fast-paced combat found in the multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) genre to phones and tablets, all without sacrificing gameplay depth or graphics quality.
