Criminals Within, a Colorful Cooperation-Only Game, Announced for Consoles and PC

We love when a new developer comes out swinging, and that's just what New Zealand-based Space Rock Games is doing. Composed of industry veterans who have worked on the Fable series, Path of Exile, and Chivalry 2, Space Rock Games is going all in on co-op. Their first game, Criminals Within, is a medieval fantasy action game with 2-player split-screen and online co-op, and it's coming to both PC and consoles.

Evil West is Red Dead Redemption meets Shadow Warrior

Developer Flying Wild Hog really burst into the action scene with their shooter Hard Reset back in 2016. After the co-op friendly Shadow Warrior 2, they began working on a single player only sequel. Mod for the First Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Game Adds "Hardcore Realism"

Ghost Recon Wildlands isn't he only Ghost Recon title to see some new content. The PC modding community often extend the life of many classic games by adding graphical or UI features that many players wish the game included to begin with, or adding new content altogether. ApexMods has released a 30 Gb mod today, titled "Heroes Unleashed," for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon that adds new physics, new AI behavior, and "hardcore realism" to the game.

War's never been so cheap.

The Latest Humble Bundle Offers A Whole Big Thing Of Company Of Heroes

War used to be so expensive.  Back in the day, you had your horses and your swords, each of which were worth upwards of twenty gold coins.  Then, you had your thousand-dollar artillery shells and landmines.  Finally, countries decided they just couldn't get by without dropping a couple million bones on stealth bombers.  It's hard to believe how cheap things are these now in comparison.  For instance, if you were to log onto the Humble Bundle website sometime in the next twelve days, you could basically buy the entirety of World War 2 for ten bucks.

Can't we all just co-op instead?

Friction Builds Between Sven Co-Op Developers and Community

Please stay behind the yellow line. The drama train is pulling into the station. Sven, a co-op mod for the original Half-Life, has been around for just under two decades. Earlier this year the much beloved mod got a free standalone release, an act that, as it turns out, would bring to light controversies building between the community and the development team.
