It's been a hot (Get it? Like in Hell?) minute since we last covered Helldivers, but Arrowhead Game Studios certainly hasn't forgotten about it, as they've put out a new update celebrating Liberty Day 2018.

A certain Western Video Game has been dumped into the gaming populace's eager hands this weekend.  While the Co-Opticrew hasn't fully latched on yet, we are certainly nibbling furtively, unaware of the impending hook.  Give it a week or two.

QC Games unveiled their debut title, Breach, a couple months ago during this year's Gamescom. Billed as a third-person, co-op action RPG, there weren't a lot of details about what the game actually was at first. After getting my hands on it for a bit, I can see why. This might be one of the hardest titles I've ever had to describe while also being one of the most fun.

I'm told that in space, no one can hear you scream, which is probably for the best given the latest update coming to No Man's Sky.

The Co-Opticrew just can't seem to untangle itself from Bungie's wacky sci-fi shooter.  Maybe its loot-based tendrils are wrapped too tightly around us, or perhaps it's because we honestly aren't trying too hard.  Either way, a decent portion of our staff have their minds firmly focused on engrams, light levels, and anachronistic dance moves.

Forza Horizon 4 is one of the best looking video games I've ever played. It's also one of the most fun racing games I've ever played. And the good news is you can experience that beauty and fun that Horizon 4 has to offer with up to six friends in co-op races and challenges online. Nick and Mike do just that, all while Locke takes his drivers test and Jason harasses us about anime car skins. Welcome to our Monday night recap!

Even after tackling all its challenges and achieving the “true ending” for Guacamelee!, I wanted more; more of its unique brawling action, more of its self-aware humor, and more platforming challenge. Guacamelee! 2 delivers all of that (and then some), but after 5 years between games, “more of the same” may not be what I act...

Even though surviving in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, scavenging for food and water, and living in constant fear sounds like fun, it can certainly get exhausting.

It's the end of yet another workweek.  Most companies are probably letting their staff "relax" and "recharge" for the next few days, but that's not how things work 'round these parts, no sir/ma'am.  We'll be doing a little thing called gaming this weekend, not for ourselves, but for our fans to live vicariously through us.  Really, this is all for them.
