A standout indie platformer with strong cooperative gameplay elements is hitting the Wii U eShop later this year, Nintendo announced today.

Hoping to capitalize on this uniquely alien-oriented bloodlust, the minds down at Rocktastic Games and Surprise Attack Games have banded together create Space Sluggers. No, Space Sluggers does not detail the hilarious misadventures of a galaxy faring baseball team. It's actually about a bunch of heavily armed humans with a grudge against extraterrestrials rampaging in top-down shmup fashion.

Like the blooming exuberance of Spring, like the taste of a cocktail crafted to perfection, like the music industry before Creed existed, all good things must come to an end.  Alas, the DLC release schedule for Sunset Overdrive could not escape the ever-creeping tides of time.  April 1st shall mark the release date of "Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines", the game's final DLC pack.

Capcom might've pulled a fast one on the PC community by stating that Resident Evil Revelations 2 wouldn't contain any local co-op mode at the last minute. However, the modding community says otherwise. of local co-op are now able to play the game locally using a mod developed by a fan.

SCHAR: Blue Shield Alliance, a co-op focused shooter from Co-Optimus founder Nicholas Puleo and Brainshape Games, is available now on Steam for the first time, boasting an array of gameplay tweaks and remastered graphical effects.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse is the latest video game spawned from one of the most popular anime series of all time, especially if your formative years took place in the late 90s. Spoiler alert: It's alright....

Making your way around Dragon Ball Xenoverse's Toki Toki City can be a little confusing for newcomers. Well, not really. There are only three areas-- but figuring out how to get into a nice round of cooperative face-punching, and more importantly, getting credit for it, is a little enigmatic. We're here to help. 

Charging in all "guns blazing'" is fun and all, but sometimes you need the satisfaction of stealing some corporation's secret documents (or what have you) and escaping with the dopey guards being none the wiser.  Previously, Stealth Inc 2's own brand of sneaky satisfaction was exclusive only to Wii U owners.  Developers Curve Digital have decided to spread the love, though, and the game has been announced for release on a whole slew of platforms.  

The Squad is coming to LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham today, though comic fans might be more familiar with them as "the Suicide Squad." The expected villains are all here, their team name has just been renamed to fit the family-friendly atmosphere of the LEGO games.

Just over a month ago, Microsoft teased a new skin pack for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of Minecraft. We've seen plenty of Star Wars and holiday theme releases in recent months, so it was nice to see something a little less brown/tan and a little more... yellow.

While the PC version of Terraria is brewing up its big 1.3 release, the console versions get a few updates to make sure no one forgets to secure their loot fort from alien invaders. The Frost Moon event has been released for Xbox and PlayStation versions of Terraria, unleashing more horrors (and more items) on your favorite sidescrolling sandbox world.

The many Hyrule Warriors DLC's provided Nintendo fans with a lot of new content to keep the game fresh in interesting way, mainly through its unique character choices. Very soon, however, we'll be reaching the end of the road for new DLC characters, but not before Nintendo surprises us with a secret character practically no one expected.
