Achievement hunters out there might have been running into some trouble collecting a single one for BattleBlock Theater. The developers over at The Behemoth have listened to their dedicated fanbase and finally fixed the annoying glitch. Players may now unlock it today!

The post-apocalyptic, Eastern-European setting seems to have been growing in popularity these days, with Metro: Last Light releasing just earlier today. Soon, Left 4 Dead 2 players will be able to take the normally southern-based team of Survivors on a Ukrainian based campaign within a brand new indie mod.

Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine is a wickedly fun co-op game to play, but a what if it had included a multiplayer mode as well? Would it have taken away from the immersive co-op gameplay we have now? Andy Schatz recently described some reasons why Pocketwatch Games decided to stick to their co-op guns and forgo some competitive modes for Monaco.

Bungie and their new IP, Destiny, have some big shoes to fill after setting the bar with the Halo series. Resident Evil 6 may have been a disappointment for the most hardcore Resident Evil fans, but not every game in the series has strayed completely away from that original feel. The demo for Resident Evil: Revelations, which will be hitting the console scene next week, was given pretty decent reviews as a 3DS title.

Slowly but surely, things are getting better for the Defiance video game universe. Trion World’s commitment to providing the best possible experience for everyone hasn’t changed since their rocky release of the game, releasing a brand new patch to the public, Title Update 1.014.

After a year since release, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition continues to be a well-supported XBLA title. We will soon to be receiving yet another Skin Pack DLC, along with the 11th Title Update to date.

The fifth playable update for Happy Wars was recently announced by Toylogic Inc. This time around, in collaboration with another game developer, The Behemoth, Happy Wars will be gaining some Castle Crashers items to adorn players warriors with, along with an all new game mode to do battle!

Left 4 Dead 2 will be entering into its Linux version very shortly, integrating it with Valve’s ongoing “Extended Mutation System” beta. What is EMS exactly? Essentially, it’s an easy way for modders to change various scripts within the game, totally customize them however they choose, and so much more (not to be confused with the Steam Workshop). Up until now, this system has only been available in very small testing groups, but that’s about to change very soon.

Many of us here at Co-Optimus were very excited to play Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine this past weekend, writing about our plans to begin co-op games straight away. However, we quickly discovered that Monaco’s initial release was retracted off of XBLA rather quickly by developer, Pocketwatch Games. Many gamers are eager to begin playing as well, so here’s an update on the whole situation from last week.
