Go Under the Sea with the Latest Rayman Legends Trailer

NEWS 5:02 AM on 5/15/2013 by Sam Tyler

Mario has had some classic levels throughout his games; some of them great fun, but some of them spooky.  I always found the underwater levels the most worrisome and in homage to these, the developer behind Rayman Legends has produced their own.  In this latest trailer for the 4/5 player co-op, out August 30th, Rayman and two friends go underwater for some fishy slaughter.

Earlier this year Ubisoft announced that Rayman Legends would be delayed until September. Also earlier this year, Wii U owners shed a tear as the once exclusive game sold itself out the other big consoles. But really, can you blame Rayman? PS3 totally just put a pool in the backyard, and Xbox 360 has a jacuzzi. So, you know, sorry babe.

Warface: It's Good for a Co-op Trailer

NEWS 5:35 AM on 11/14/2012 by Sam Tyler

Some basic gaming mathematics: Crytek plus Free plus Co-op = Joy!  Warface is the gamefication of this joy, as the free to play 5 player co-op shooter is currently in Beta, but should be on PC for all to play very soon.  The game is designed to reward players for individual skill, but also for teamwork.  Check out the new trailer that highlights the co-operative elements.

Firefall's Beta Yielding Huge Changes

NEWS 8:34 AM on 8/9/2012 by Nick Puleo

If you've been in the Firefall beta, you've no doubt realized the game has gone through copious amounts of changes.  We've been watching the title for quite a while, seeing a giant booth at nearly every trade show we've been to in the past 3 years.  It seems though, that with a beta test of 500k users strong, the free to play game is shaping up to be something truly special.  While most game's launch a beta months before release, Red 5 decided to open up the process much earlier allowing them to make more substantial changes to the core game.

Guardians of Middle-Earth Trailers have Character

NEWS 6:50 AM on 8/8/2012 by Sam Tyler

It is an age old question: who would win in a fight between an Elf and an Orc?  I would like to think the Orc would use its brute strength to decimate the light footed elf.  We no longer need to ponder this question as the upcoming Guardians for Middle Earth, based on popular film trilogy (and it says here, book) Lord of the Rings, will let you pit one against the other.
