Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance Available Today

One of the bigger nostalgia trips for gamers of a certain age/generation is the Dark Alliance series, which had their heyday in the PS2/Original Xbox/Gamecube era. These action-RPGs provided a Diablo-like experience long before Diablo III was even a twinkle in Blizzard's eye. New Baldur's Gate Game, Code-named Adventure Y, To Be Released Later This Year

Ah, the CRPG.  Shall I compare thee to a well-worn keyboard?  My darling, some love you and your faux-Medieval settings and find the freedom you offer liberating to their real-world sensibilities.  Others find you trite, overwhelming, and tire of your "Oh look, another mad wizard" cliches.  Nevertheless, you persevere.  Through the gaming industry crash, through the rise of the JRPG, you soldier on, offering D&D styled combat to those who crave its tender grasp.
