In A World of Keflings, players control a giant avatar (hopefully customizable in-game since Xbox Avatars no longer exist) who befriends the tiny and hard working but dim Keflings. The player walks around the Keflings' city and helps them build things that they need. This involves telling Keflings to mine things, acquiring resources, and then following simple blueprints. As I recall, Alien Hominid HD is a run-and-gun shooter that draws a fair amount of influence from the Metal Slug series. Dan Paladin's cartoon-like artwork is gorgeous and colorful, and the game is filled with humor and violence. The difficulty was fairly steep back in 2007, though, and it doesn't sound like the new version is any easier. Are you prepared for a co-op shooting challenge?

Terraria Set To Receive Latest Major Update

In a recent tweet (below) from one of the developers, the update will arrive on the PC on May 16th, which also happens to be the game’s 9th anniversary on that platform. The tweet shows a picture that has since been dissected by the internet for any morsel of information as to what this update may bring. While the developers have not released the patch notes for update 1.4, the Official Terraria Wiki has compiled a list of potential changes that may be included in this patch, which are all sourced from various developer social media, Discord community, and forum posts while this update has been in the works. While we won’t dive deep into any of the specifics here, but the Wiki states the update is to bring over 1,000 new items, so we’re all in for a treat. For console players, who earlier this month received the equivalent of the 1.3.5 PC update that was released three years ago, while there’s no word on when you’ll be getting the “Journey’s End” hopefully it won’t be another three year wait!

Saints Row: The Third Remastered Is Headed For Release Next Month

The remastering process, handled by developer Sperasoft, means nearly facet of Steelport and its inhabitants has been given a might fine facelift to make the game sparkle and shine on current generation hardware. As you might expect, the Remastered edition also includes the game's three expansion packs and over thirty pieces of DLC, meaning players can revisit the full experience.

Warface Is Now Available On Nintendo Switch

That's right, folks! As of today, Warface is available on the Nintendo Switch. The porting work was accomplished by MY.GAMES' in-house studio, Allods Team, which also brought the game to the other two current-gen consoles. Naturally, the Switch's iteration is substantially modified from the versions on its more powerful brethren, and the game runs at 30FPS/720p when docked. Undocked, the quality drops to 540p to maintain a relatively crisp experience.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Is Headed To Nintendo Switch

Thanks to the SEGA AGES series, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be available on the Nintendo Switch on February 20th. As you're probably aware, the sequel to the original Sonic the Hedgehog introduced the ability for a second player to join in on the fun as Tails. Looking back, this may not have been the ideal implementation of co-op gameplay, but it was certainly a great starting point.

Saints Row IV: Re-Elected Is Coming To The Switch

The "Re-Elected" version of the 2013 sandbox hit was made specifically for the current generation of consoles and has now made the full circuit with its release on the Switch. It features a startlingly large amount of DLC (25 expansions in total) and includes the two larger, story-focused packs: "Enter the Dominatrix" and "How the Saints Save Christmas".

DOOM and DOOM 2 Re-Releases Received Quality Of Life Updates
